What is domain lock?

Posted on July 31, 2009

Domain lock is a status which prevents a domain from being transferred to another register without authorization.  Domains cannot be transferred when domain lock is enabled.  In order to transfer a domain, be sure to log into the current registrar’s site and turn off domain locking on the domain you would like to transfer.

What Our Clients Are Saying...

“Green Media Design were great. They provided a very efficient and responsive service, responding to our feedback very promptly - keeping us well informed about the project. Good communication is always so important but becomes critical when working in different countries with a large time zone change... Green Media Design's communication really made the whole process very easy. They delivered more than we had specified in the brief and were able to accommodate our mid-project tweeks without hesitation. We would definitely use them again. Thanks!”
