I just registered a domain name a a different registrar… can I transfer it to Green Media?

You can, but when you registered the domain initially predicates when you can successfully start a transfer.  Most registrars institute a 60 to 90 day waiting period that bars any domain transfer within that timeframe.  If you literally just registered the domain elsewhere, we can still get your web site up and rolling for you, and just transfer the domain management later on if you desire.
