If you initially registered or transferred your domain to us, nameserver changes can be made when logged in to your Client Area at Green Media Hosting.  If you registered your domain through another registrar and have not transferred it to Green Media, nameserver changes are made at the registrar that manages the domain.  If you are unsure of who this is, look the domain up in the WHOIS database.
